Camp Cope S/T 10 Year Anniversary Reissue

W/ covers from Bren Lukens, Jeff Rosenstock, Angie McMahon

Celebrating ten years since the iconic debut album from Naarm/ Melbourne's power-trio Camp Cope. This newly remastered, high-fidelity double LP pressing is out NOV 27th via Run For Cover & Poison City, with Side D featuring 3 bonus covers by longtime friends of the band, Bren Lukens and Moonmen (Modern Baseball, Thin Lips), Jeff Rosenstock and Angie McMahon.

Founded in Melbourne over DIY home tattoos, CAMP COPE - Georgia Maq (songwriter, vocals, piano, guitar), Kelly-Dawn Hellmrich (lead bass guitar) and Sarah ‘Thomo’ Thompson (drums) - were an unstoppable force during their decade as a band. Since disbanding in 2025, the trio have left behind a powerful legacy of change in the music industry; calling for more equitable representation in all aspects of the entertainment industry & continuing support of live music spaces that are safe from harassment and abuse for staff, fans and musicians at all levels of international touring.

Camp Cope's critically-acclaimed second album album How to Socialise & Make Friends (2018) received incredible international acclaim including from NPR (“Every unpolished moment stuns with turn-of-age earnestness”), The New Yorker (“The words, as raw as the band’s nervy energy, spill out as though she’s been holding them in forever”) and The Guardian (“In 20 years, young women especially will approach her and thank Camp Cope for encouraging them to pick up a guitar and tell their own stories”). It was followed by the expansive 'Running with the Hurricane', which debuted at #11 on the ARIA Charts, #1 on the ARIA Vinyl Chart, and made a slew of Best Albums of the Year lists including in Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and KEXP.

The S/T 10 Year Anniversary will be out physically and digitally on Bandcamp on 11/27.
